Green Moon got out to a ridiculous price considering he was favorite for the Cox Plate two weeks ago. I thought he might have been a distance doubt, and if it were a fast run cup things might have been different.

I hope he goes to stud here; will be a nice alternative to the usual sprint orientated stuff.

No post Black Caviar's race posts?

Special's 5f record was around since before I was born? Huge

People will probably bag the field but I doubt there would be many horses around better than Moment in Time

I was most upset that I had to watch it on replay. But even with the field track record can't deny that it was a special win. Plus she's the only horse on my wall so she's pretty special to me! I anxiously await for when her next start will be announced.

I'm just annoyed that I didn't get to go. I had plans, then got called into work :(

Pretty crazy that she broke Special's track record - she looked like she was taking it easy.

PDL is quite the exciting one. Definitely shouldn't have been able to win that (or half win, as it were)

Good luck mate! I'll be cheering him on

Aus has some other interest in the Dubai races with Mental and Ocean Park surely close to favourites in their races. I suppose I wouldn't be totally surprised if Ocean Park won, but he wouldn't be my #1 pick in that race

Think I read that Black Caviar is probably going back to England too

yes peter might have been a bit closer if he didnt get blocked turning into the straight just as animal kingdom kicked for home but my brother isnt too dissapointed with 2nd ( £1.2 million :D ) and the immediate plan is to go straight on to either japan or hong kong in a couple of weeks time then all being well yes the same races as last year
