Honestly, I've never seen chemo work on an animal (and I worked for a doctor who specialized in it).. I was so hopeful, though. At least he passed where he was loved.

Sad, but at least we had weeks to prepare. There was some hope, but really i never let myself believe that he would make it. Very sad still however. Was always a fan of him, and was super excited to see him on BC day even though he didn't win.
