Getting Arabian/Arabic names

How did you guys find the translations for your Arabian names? I can only seem to find translators that go from English to true Arabic....aka stuff that looks like #*$&(# or whatnot. I can't find phonetic Arabic.

Any help is appreciated.

You could google "Arabic names" I found links for masculine and feminine names that also had translations beside them.
