Arabian Workouts!

I love the new Arabians so I figured I'd compare my Arabs' workouts with others.
My Arabs all worked 4 furlongs on dirt today and here are the results.

Ahearn (3 y/o colt)- 0:51.88
Dionysus Spirit (4 y/o colt)- 0:52.22
Elvira Elsa (3 y/o filly)- 0:52.42
Fog On The Shore (3 y/o colt) 0:54.26

How did other Arabs work? Post and we'll all compare! :D

I hung onto one colt

these suckers are SLOW.

mine worked in 53.30 I hope she is an endurance runner with that time

Sahra (3yo filly) worked 4 furlongs. Dirt. 0:51.80

I didnt give any of my others workouts yet, im waiting till later for my 2yos and the rest of mine that are old enough to race, are going either week 1 or 2 so i didnt give them a workout

My filly Lamya worked 4 furlongs in 51:70. Exciting stuff!!!! But she's a two year old, so yeah.

I've been trying to figure out if the faster workers are the sprinters and the slow workers are going to be the endurance horses.

Will be interesting to see once we get into the season a bit. Im very excited for racing arabians too.

Oh yeah, Jazira worked in 53:26, and Nashwa worked in 52:92, and Tabari worked in 53:50.

Worked all my 2yo Arabs. I think they did ok for the most part lol.

My best one was by Moniet. :) He worked 4FD in 51.52. :D

Guys, I would go easy on your Arabs with the workouts. Racing Arabs takes patience...

Since they dont race until 3, I would suggest we don't work out 1 yos ever... unless you want to see more of this: 51.58 (Ashara, 1yoF) **injured**. Although you should probably know by now that you shouldnt even be working out 1 yo TBs before week 4 or 5, because they have like a 50% chance of being injured. I also figure we should be careful with the 2 yos, and probably start the 2 yo workouts later in the season... maybe treat 2 yo Arabs like you would a 1 yo TB?

And guys, no one is going to buy your 2 yo colts on the sale page for 50k, especially with 53 and change 4f workouts. Try about half that.
