Mystery Yearling Box EXCHANGE

Post by Rob Canterbury »

I am not sure where to post this, but I thought it would be fun to do for this site.

I propose to play a little game called The Mystery Box.

So here are the rules.

Mystery "Box"-

1. I will give 4 yearlings or 2 year olds to the first person on the list.
2. That person will select the horse of their choice and replace it with a yearling or two year old of similar talent OR BETTER.
3. After replacing the Yearling they should forward the four horses to the next player on the list.
4. When the "mystery box" has made it through the predetermined list (20 ) or so the 4 remaining yearlings will be returned to me.

For this round we will have to limit the players involved -- players must have advanced beyond trial park. I want to make sure the players stay in the game..and I plan on seeding the box with 4 horses that are worth a minimum of 50k each.. (probably a bit more).

When I get enough participants I will post the list and order of the players involved and will update the progress. I want to keep the box small so that you can receive them all in a day ( I need to stay under 4)

I am the administrator to the game so when you receive the box please send me a quick message telling me that you have the four horses and which horse you take and the horse you put in..( hopefully this will keep everyone honest so I can track where the horses end up if someone complains about getting 4 yearling geldings out of a $ 100 stud and a nonwinner dam!)

so at this point please post if you are interested. If I get enough interest I will post a better set of rules and the list of participants.

IF you want to participate add your name here on this thread.

The point is to have fun and get some new blood in your barn. Go!

I'm in! I just hope I have a yearling or 2 yr old who's worthy enough. Most of mine are homebreds...
