Wouldn't think so - the steward mentioned that 4 can be too much. I normally do 3 or 4 weeks between first and second start. To be honest it depends on how she vets etc.

I usually do 3 weeks with my 2 y/os, although if they haven't been running well (and I can't figure out why)/drop off or don't vet well I might give them 4. Also, if they've had a couple of races 3 weeks apart I'll do 4, or if I can't find one 3 weeks later-I don't think 3 weeks will be a probably for her though; like Martin said, vet her maybe but I bet she's fine.
