However, I'd much rather ask than to use the headshot and end up with a problem. I find it's just easier that way and saves a lot of headache and possible legal problems in the long run.
I've played a few games that have a holy cow when you use their artwork or even other people's artwork, with good reason. Especially when one understands and sees how many people are knowingly steal copyrighted artwork and use the works as their own.

Blue Apache Looks AWESOME !! He looks kind of Chimeric as he has black spots on a Grullo base coat. Instead of the normal white over the grullo base shown in spots. VERY strikingly gorgeous !!
