I love everything about Era! Her head position, how she's holding the bit, how her forelock is positioned under the bridle... everything!

Re: SIMages Headshots
As much as I'd like to be on the bandwagon, I cant. I'd love to be able to spend $30 on a headshot for any of my horses but I'm going to add my opinion while we're on the subject. I am not willing to spend that much money based on the current quality of the new artists' work. I appreciate that you added more artist but I personally think quality is better than quantity. I'm not going to be mean about what I think, but I'm not happy with the quality that they are spitting out. I think before you "publish" their work, they need to be on the same level (or really close) as the others. At this point in time, I dont think they are even close. I've looked at some of the new headshots and I would be asking for a refund or a re-do. I can pinpoint what I'm unhappy with but the list would be long and I dont want to be mean. I just wanted to voice my opinion.

Re: SIMages Headshots
If you are referring to the artist making the 'lifelike' heads then I must argue because I absolutely love them. The others seem to be pretty close to Dave but sometimes you can see where they are lacking a bit. Other than that I love the headshots!

Re: SIMages Headshots
I agree with Rusty on the headshots of the new artists. Not saying they're bad but compared to the quality we're used to they're really lacking and honestly I'm a bit hesitant to order headshots for some of my horses particularly the Arabs. Some of the features that seem like they should be more crisp/sharp like nostrils and mouth "lines" are too soft and blurry. That's with one artist. Also some of the manes don't have that silky look that we usually see with Dave and Maddy's headshots like with this one:
http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=114327
I like a lot about it but the mane and the overall softness of the entire thing just doesn't make it as good as it could be.
And what I'm guessing is the other artist's work some of the areas like the ears and muzzle look off.
http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=453
And in this headshot there's barely any shading or highlights at all, especially in the muzzle. The ears are like attached to the head kind of like horns and the many again isn't like Dave or Maddy's.
http://www.simhorseracing.com/horse.php?HorseID=209789
Like the ears don't look very flelxible and it just seems overall lacking just a bit with both headshots. Maybe it's the lack of stronger shading and highlights or maybe its something else but when compared with Dave and Maddy the quality just seems lower especially since we're paying the same $30.

Re: SIMages Headshots
I'm a bit on both ends. Some of the more realistic ones I love (like World Is Watching), others I'd be "okay" with, and then some of them I absolutely would not want for one of my horses (like Beergoggles).
