Results

It's results day! That means it's time to look at your results! Go to your stable page and click on "My Results."

You will now see your results for the past week. I only ran one horse, Firebrand. He finished 12th. You can see the quick result, how much he earned, how much you earned, and who the top 3 were in your horse's race.

If you click on the horse's name (In this case, Firebrand) you will be taken to his page. If you look at his past performances, you will see that the race, finish position, and other information has appeared.

Click on the race and you will be taken to the result itself. You can see every horse in the race, where they finished, how much money they made, and how far apart they were at the wire. (In this case, Bouvet won, and was 4 lengths ahead of Loneliness, who was 2 lengths ahead of Au Sable).

Underneath that you will see the winner's details (name, owner, breeder, how much the breeder gets, and pedigree, as well as winning silks). Then it gives the running lines for the race, describing in detail what happened to each horse during the running of the race.

Selling Your Horse

For the first 48 hours after you buy a horse, you are unable to put it back up for sale. After that 48 hour time is lifted, you can sell your horse if you choose to. Go to your horse's page, and scroll down to the owner actions. The very first thing you see is the ability to sell the horse.

If you put in a sales price and click on modify sales price, the horse will go up for sale. If you want new players to benefit from the horse, check the box that says, "Post this horse on the special 'New Player' sale page."

Then if you scroll up and click on "Buy Horses," which takes you to the sales page, you will notice your horse on the list for the price you listed him at.

To remove him from the sales page, just blank out the sales price, and click on Modify Sales Price. Then he will no longer be up for sale.

Private Sales

If you make an agreement with someone to sell a horse, you can sell it privately. Go to your horse's page, scroll down to the owner actions, and click on "Offer This Horse Privately."

This is the page you will be directed to.

You can scroll through the list of players, select the person that you are trying to sell or give the horse to, and enter the sales price.

After inserting the price (no commas!), click on "Click if you are sure you want to sell/give the horse to the selected person." Once you do, you will see the horse's page.

You can also modify the sale, or cancel it, if you change your mind. Just go back to the horse's page, scroll down to the Horse Owner Actions, and click on Cancel Private Sale.

Now imagine that you are the person who is accepting the horse. When you log in, you will see that you have a message.

Click on the new message:

The message will read:

When you click the link to the horse you will get to see the horse with its sales price listed, but only the person recieving the horse privately will be able to see the private sales price.

Click on I want to buy this horse to complete the transaction.

Another way to see horses you have available for private sale is by visiting thte sales page. Only you will be able to see horses that are available to yourself.

If you would like to give away a horse for free, just put 0 in the sale price box, and select the person you want to give to.

When the person goes to accept the horse, they will see that the private sales price is $0.

Instead of clicking "I Want to Buy This Horse," you will see a button that says, "I Want to Accept This Horse." Once again, please give all unwanted horses to Alexandra Jaysman.
